I fell in love with the cover of Silence the first time I saw it online. It is even better in person. I can't wait to dive into it. I was super-excited to get Black Dawn, but I have a confession to make: I haven't read any of the Morganville Vampires books. I asked three of my colleagues if they've read the series yet, and they all told me no. I was hoping to get an idea from them about what the series is like, but since they haven't read it, I'll have to go based on Black Dawn's synopsis, and it seems promising. I would love to say that I'll have a review of Black Dawn posted by the release date, but there's no way that's going to happen--not when I have 11 books in the series to read before I can even touch Black Dawn.
